Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the NegotiateAI mobile application ("App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
NegotiateAI is a voice-based negotiation training application that uses artificial intelligence to simulate negotiation opponents and provide performance feedback. The App is designed for educational and practice purposes only.
NegotiateAI is a training and practice tool. It does not provide legal, financial, or professional negotiation advice. Scores, feedback, and suggested alternatives are generated by AI and are for educational purposes only. We are not responsible for outcomes of real negotiations you conduct after using the App.
To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Free Tier: 3 sessions/month, all 5 built-in scenarios, 5-minute sessions, basic scoring.
Individual ($9.99/month): 15 built-in + 5 custom sessions, full 12-technique scoring, learning library, 15-minute sessions.
Pro ($19.99/month): 40 sessions/month, technique tracking dashboard, advanced analytics, 20-minute sessions.
Session Purchases: Single session $1.99, 10-session pack $15.00. Purchased sessions do not expire.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings. No refunds for partial billing periods.
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose, reverse-engineer the App, use the App to harass or harm others, share account credentials, circumvent usage limits, generate harmful content through custom scenarios, or access other users' data.
The App uses artificial intelligence (provided by xAI and Anthropic) to generate negotiation opponents, scoring, and feedback. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated feedback or scores.
The App records your voice during practice sessions for real-time processing by our AI systems. Voice audio is streamed in real-time and is not permanently stored as audio files. Conversation transcripts are stored for your session history. By using the voice features, you consent to this processing.
The App, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by NegotiateAI and protected by intellectual property laws. Negotiation technique descriptions reference established frameworks for educational purposes. NegotiateAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Chris Voss, the Black Swan Group, Harvard University, the Harvard Negotiation Project, or any of the authors or organizations referenced.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NegotiateAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
